In 2005, Heike Arendt set out to start a different sort of marketing consultancy. Tired of hearing marketing consultants make vague, lofty recommendations void of actionable solutions, she founded Arendt Consulting with a goal to help shoulder challenges for her clients and make a true impact.
Helping Companies Do More With Less
With nearly two decades of experience in consumer products and services marketing, Heike has spent much of her career serving mid-sized brands with limited resources, and appreciates the reality that companies often need to be able to do more with less. Her extensive business experience enables her to do just that: deliver practical, actionable solutions, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Throughout her career, she has managed cross-functional new product development teams, developed short- and long-term strategic direction for a $50 million business (within a $150 million company), managed agencies, leveraged digital assets, launched PR campaigns, repositioned brands, redesigned packaging, and developed and executed national promotions.
Heike holds an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, and has worked in various capacities for Unilever, Gillette, Polaroid and the First Years, a baby products company.
